This year, Cambodia assumes her chairmanship of ASEAN for the third time. Of course, there are a lot of issues and challenges, which hinder peace and prosperity of the region and the world ranging from the COVID-19 pandemic, Myanmar crisis, to the shock of the war in Ukraine. Undeniably, Cambodia is indeed being tested for her capacity to lead ASEAN within this year. With hard work and commitment, Cambodia has done quite remarkable jobs so far including the visiting of the special envoy to Myanmar to the hosting of ASEAN meetings.

Currently, Cambodia will host the 55^th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and other related meetings which takes place from 30^th July 2022 to 6^th August 2022, and once again these meetings are being watched.
